Calgary city government last Wednesday said, Altadore, Douglasdale, Marlborough, Tuxedo Park, and Brentwood more than 3 communities, will installation of 2500 new energy-saving LED lighting in this summer.
The road department director Barry Poon said, this is the first stage of Calgary city government replaced energy-saving light bulbs, hope to be able to bring more environmentally friendly, more durable and more high cost effect for the residents of the facilities
Barry Poon added, LED technology not only effectively reduce 55% power consumption, reduce the cost of maintenance and repair, also bring more high quality lighting system for community residents and street.
